unfortunately I couldn't eat much today at work :/
Went to a sports school from the age of 10-14 were I mostly did stuff which requires much stamina (long distance running, marathon, mountainbiking etc..and I was quite good at it as well) but that didn't require much "power/weight". So I was super skinny at the age of 14.. then another 1-2 years of doing nothing but pc nerding and I was simply bones + skin. So my familiy kinda forced me to go to the gym. In the first 1-3 months I gained like 10-15kg and looked like a normal human being (:D). But then I had months of no gaining at all and after researching and talking with a few experienced guys it looked like I simply need a huge amount of calories to gain weight (as my body was trained 4 years for being skinny and lightweight and so my whole body got used to that). So I started eating and drinking weight gainer like a 90kg bodybuilder (although I had like 20 kg less :S). Had minor success and at some point didn't want to go any further and stopped.
So now, 2 years later, I feel like I'm too skinny again and start going to the gym.. with the experience from the past I feel like I have to eat a lot.. will see what effect it has within the next 1-2 months. If I really start to get a face like a basketball then I would stop it for sure. But I think that won't ever happen :P
