court verdict

Accused of heavy commercial fraud because of 3 fake tickets for a local festival I sold to friends who spent 4 hours at the police station because of me.

7 english cunts have been sentenced a year.
1 austrian fucker has been released on probation.

Today I've had my trial in St. Poelten, Austria.
I AM NOT FUCKIN GUILTY.
I AM FREE.

EUROPE HERE I COME.
TIME TO GET STONED AND DRUNK.

NOW I CAN CELEBRATE MY FUCKIN BIRTHDAY ASWELL.

Those 3 are more like mates, not friends. They actually thought I intended to screw them until we met there. I never sell tickets to friends, I give em away for free usually (:

I've been screwed by visitors and other touts.
The judge knows that I've been touting for a couple of years but it was all about whether I intended to screw people or not which obviously wasn't on purpose.

It has never been illegal to sell tickets.
Just because a truckload of blanks has been stolen in germany doesn't mean it is my fault that they eventually found their way to Austria.
The guy who is responsible for this mess has been convicted with the others,
don't worry. And I guess his collagues will deal with him in a more appropriate way :)

If my intention was to scam people I would do it anonymously, not with my registered phone number and house address + eBay. There are also plenty of anonymous possibilities available on the Internetz, "carding" for example.

yes. A ticket costs € 30,-- coming indirectly from the official event distributor, sell em on the streets for 200 if it's sold out and win. Does it sound retarded? I think not.

ofc not. This has never happened before imagine how i felt when I got the first call. Had to give back 900 euro for mates + randoms who weren't able to get inside. Should've refrained from doing any business there at all, my sources weren't there and I just bought em from strangers. STUPID!
