you know there is a automatic match making system in Sc2, only matching you with players from the same skill level. So every player evens out at around 50% (unless the very very few top professionals... < 100 players)

also his rank is Top 750 in Europe (#527 Master, + the 200 Grandmasters above that), out of ~1.000.000 players on EU Server... the rank you marked is for the singleplayer points LOL :D

so you really seem to have no clue about Sc2 :D
