Parent

Parent
Thanks for the stream

wishes:
Milan vs Barca
Real vs Bayern
Chelsea vs Marseille
1 out of 3 wooo
Parent
Chelsea vs Apoel, Marseille please
they didn't listen to you
Parent
ill take benfica or milan as 2nd choices
Parent
there you go
Parent
Benfica is playing very well vs English teams, bb CL
Parent
They're a lot better than they used to be thats for sure, but still got to think we can beat them.
Parent
Well, you got DiMatteo effect now, let's see how long it lasts.
Parent
I'd say until the Man City game on Wednesday? :P
Parent
MC is a helluva strange team in this season. Beating the shit out of teams in Premiership and sucking in CL, EL. I think those guys can't handle the pressure and they will be weaker at the end of the season.
Parent
They're bottling it in the league too
Parent
*Terry effect, according to reports.
Parent
But Chelsea is bad :D
Parent
Depends how you look at it, if you look at it over the past 12 months...yes we're terrible. If you look at it over the last 60 minutes + extra time of the Napoli game...we're great! :D

Oh football is a funny thing
Parent
I truly think that the Napoli game wasnt that fair, because they didnt have some of their key players. And for a team like Napoli whose bench isnt that deep, it's hard to cover those players.

For Chealsea and oil money, you can. But Chelsea got through so who are we to judge :)
Parent
Means nothing.
Parent
crap there goes those 2
Parent
Chelsea gonna have hard time!
Parent
Woo Benfica - not Barca/Real/Bayern at least!
fuck yea
Milan - Barca ;D
yeah bayern doesnt have to face barcelona until the finals :D (or am i wrong?)
Real in the semis though
Parent
np with that tbh :) we had to face one of them and i guess its possible to beat them in semis
Parent
Mourinho has a good record against Bayern though? Wins with Chelsea & Inter if I'm correct?
Parent
ye ofc but finally we can mess with the best in europe and there cant be any better motivation to face real madrid on their last step to the finals in munich

e:

bayern gonna win at home for sure, but they will probably lose in madrid, since they arnt very strong in other stadiums :( will depend on their daily form
Parent
then again it'll be 2 legs, 1st leg will be crucial since mourinho loves to set cg_busingoal 1 in 2nd games
Parent
we gonna izi bash u!
Parent
try to beat us first !
Parent
gonna be hard :S
Parent
got kinda lost there but I think that's true
Parent
final bayern / chelsea

read it here first, already got my vip tickets. thank you and good night.
I'd take that
Parent
inb4 you get screwed by refs in semis :D
Parent
1st focus on benfica, you had 1 really decent game lately and portuguese side isn't in top8 by coincidence. nothing decided here imo
Parent
Agreed but it was you that mentioned the ref's in the semi's not me :P
Parent
well you mentioned the final, I just showed you obstacle on chelsea's road that is harder to go around than benfica :D
Parent
bayern/barca imo
Parent
u be trippin
Parent
nice dreams bro
Parent
Chelsea luckers..so wrong of they manage to get top 4....

But finally Barcelona getting worthy opponent on draws :--)
Not sure you can get lucky scoring 4 goals?
Parent
i gotta go offline now. would be nice if you can edit my journal with the euroleague matches later ;) cheers
Parent
you trust me to edit your journal and not put a random chick in it that isnt a man?
Parent
Real scoring 4 vs cska was luck :--)
Parent
lowest quarter finals ever
tbh it is the best quarter final ever

7 former "CL" winners and one newcomer ;D
Parent
then again the games are not that balanced in most cases, quite obvious but I hope for some surprises
Parent
curious about milan - barca, milan played well against them the last couple of times.
Cool for Real :D Almost perfect I'd say
idd thought the same :D
Parent
barça vs real

cu final !!

fuuuu benfica
jelly much? :D
Parent
Jelly much . ayyeeeeeehh
Parent

BENFICA!!!!!!!!
Real , bayern, Benfica , Barça
Knew you were gonna respond to this :p
Parent
UEFA maybe semifinal:

Atletico Madrid
Valencia
Sporting Lissabon
Athletic Bilbao
apoel will take it
Marseille np for us BAYERN ftw!!!
fk yea, couldn't wish better oppo now for real, bash these nubs then get into finalz!
i really hope this year is the year they manage to win CL as well, spanish league is theirs but they gotta get this CL now as well :p
Parent
Hell yeah, it's been such a long time, I miss the good old days i.e for instance Zidane's awesome goal against Leverkusen, etc. :D
Parent
aahahah idd, unforgetable, always gonna remind of that goal where he hits it like bruce lee xD, well they got the lineup, they got the coach, hopefully they got teamplay, now question is, is that enough to beat barca, cus im pretty sure noone wont be able to stop them until finals.
Parent
gran derbi as cl final, najs
It's AZ Alkmaar.
waiting for Bayern - Barca and Valencia - Athletic on the finals
I dont care :(
Apoel Nikosia - Real Madrid -cmon man...
Olympique Marseille - Bayern München -bayern having luck like always,,,
Benfica Lissabon - Chelsea -chelsea is the favourit, but benfica has a good chance regarding what ive seen from chelsea against napoli this year
Milan - Barcelona -will be a great match, but lets be honest, barca will be the end of the line

hannover has the hardest draw, i think athletico will go right into the final
schalke has a hard draw too,but its gonna be exciting
valencia and sporting will go through
You hate everyone that buys players to achieve success, so where is your feeling on Benfica? Historically legendary but without their Brazilians/Argentinians they'd be in trouble - is that ok?
Parent
im not hating everyone who buys players in general, because im aware that this is the way football works, but im hatin on teams which lack the balance between income and outcome,or which so to say just live beyond their ambitions.examples of that are man city, wolfsburg, tottenham, aston villa, napoli, roma, zenit, anzhi, malaga, psg etc

i know teams like barca, juventus, milan, chelsea, real etc spend shitloads of money too,and probably more than all the other teams, but those are kind of established top teams,so i dont like the fact, but i can accept it

now if you look at teams like benfica, porto, bayern, bilbao, almost all the dutch/german/french "top-teams", they spend waay less money at all,and especially the portuguese teams even have huge profits. so in general im in no way against spending money, but i have something against buying yourself to the top especially if you need big donors to do that
Parent
The problem you've got with that argument is that unless you 'buy your way to the top' it can become impossible to ever get to the top. The same clubs have more or less dominated European football for 50 years, they were first to the market and thus have a fanbase and reputation that is very difficult to beat. In England for example, Its Liverpool & Man Utd. Arsenal have been a 2nd team for 20 years'ish, Wenger to his credit bought very well, and was able to turn them into champions. However nobody else can do that, because they cannot grow their fanbase to be sustainable without the cash injection to reach fame. Its kinda a 'damned if you do, damned if you dont' scenario.

I'm surprised you put Tottenham in that list, because they have bought really smartly and sold for huge profits. They're actually a profitable club, almost exclusively down to the fact that they buy cheap and sell high.

The German clubs are very good, I actually don't understand how they are so profitable and yet keep their ticket prices so low. I imagine that they will become the model to replicate in years to come.
Parent
yes that pretty much sums it up,i think that if you have the ambition/fanbase/income/structures and whatever it needs to be a topteam, then build your team meeting those ambition...,but i dont like teams going from zero to hero with various intransparent money resources, im sure you see it the same...but thats why luckily uefa financial fairplay will soon be introduced

speaking about tottenham, well im no expert in premier league football, but ive always seen them as heavy spenders with little to no actual results.
http://www.transfermarkt.de/en/tottenham-hotspur/transferbilanz/verein_148.html
they were lucky they found some stupid to buy crouch and pavlyuchenko, two 30 year old players (who have quality without a doubt) for 10mio each, else their finance wouldnt look so good either this year

on the other hand arsenal is one of those very very few top-clubs in this world who seem to work very sustainable even at the top of the business (atleast when it comes to player transfers, cant say if they have massive debts in the backround too)
http://www.transfermarkt.de/en/fc-arsenal/transferbilanz/verein_11.html
might wanna check that against teams like manu, city, chelsea etc to see the difference
Parent
lol be careful Drogba and Lampard, Benfica saw what they did....
au revoir marseille!

That madrid backline is gonna get hurt later on! WOoo
idd byebye marseille !

don't know why they are still there lol
