This is my 4th meal for today, just got home from leg training theeey are gettin very very biiiig =)



Im at 103kg now, abs starting to be ok in visibility, but i will got down to around 93kg ;)

only protein and amino acids and using vitargo carbs before and during my training.

Then ofc omega 3 everyday and zinc :P

Next week im starting on 6 reps for 3 weeks and i will start use jack3d. And after 3 weeks im on 4 reps and will use jack3d aswell.

Then im back to 10 reps weeks :P

I was on 114kg haha kinda big and fucking strong, and i did cut to 93-95kg i belive and become pretty lean tbh

Then i had a longbreak of training... Much with the work etc etc and it was summer aswell haha.

So i lost all size i was just kinda "ripped" here is pic

And now during winter was still no training, and i got a bit fat hahah.

I started now in februari with cutting and training, weight was 102kg, was cutting but still gained weight and lost fat and weight 106kg. now fat are really start to disepear at 103kg atm :P

Aiming for a amazing body for summer 2012 ! :D

u look good on the pics and yee same but im trying to get bigger since im just 79 kg's xD im ripped allready only about 8% bodyfat but the gainer has helped and will help me with the weight + massive training! 5 days a week i do heavy lyfting and then cardio/crossfit/mma training 1 day a week

nah I don't need preworkouts mate. I've got motivation enough :p. I didn't any sports from 1januari till around 14march cause I had Pfeiffer so need to rebuild and I guess this is gonna be a restday :p

restdays are fine aswell :) had mine yesterday. But for the preworkouts its just extra energy but i guess u just dont want that shit hehe :)

put some bacon on top of spicy rice so the fat gets into the rice nicely and it becomes really delicious, and now an avocado.
gonna try and eliminate all useless shit (candy mostly) from my diet and start working out! not so much for looks but to feel better.

die meisten bodybuilder haben in der wettkampfszeit um die 4% und kein normaler mensch hat so mal eben 4% oder drunter ...

als hochleistungssportler is des nich sooo wenig. keiner aus meiner mannschaft war über 6%

trotzdem unter ~ 5/6 % ist schädlich für die organe und du kannst mir nicht erzählen das du immer 5 oder drunter hast... um so einen wert zu haben musst du ja diäten wie ein behinderter oder dein stoffwechsel ist im arsch... aber dar das dann Lebensgefährlich ist tippe ich mal nicht darauf.

ja ich mach alle 6 monate leistungsdiagnostik und die ham mir auch gsagd ich brauch eig 5-10% aber es geht halt nich drauf. und nein ich mach keine diät und schilddrüse is auch nich kaputt. und ich war noch nie (werd seit 6 jahren gemessen) über 4% ;)

Fett zu werden ist mehr als einfach.

250 gramm erdnussbutter entsprechen 1492,5 Kalorien und ca 125gramm fett. Wenn du dich zzgl. Kalorienreich ernährst geht es sehr schnell. Hin und wieder ein ein halbes Glas sonneblumenöl runter würgen und viel kohlenhydrate mit zucker vor dem schlaff zu dir nehmen und schon bist du in 3 wochen um 6-8 kg schwerrer

erdnussbutter hab ich scho versucht (ca 175g jeden abend pur). aber werds mal in verbindung mit sonnenblumenöl versuchen bin bei sowas nich sonderlich empfindlich :P danke für den tipp auf jeden fall ! :)
