This is my 4th meal for today, just got home from leg training theeey are gettin very very biiiig =)
Im at 103kg now, abs starting to be ok in visibility, but i will got down to around 93kg ;)
Salamon and potatoes and a bit of suger free tomato puree.

Next week im starting on 6 reps for 3 weeks and i will start use jack3d. And after 3 weeks im on 4 reps and will use jack3d aswell.
Then im back to 10 reps weeks :P
btw im on Hot Blood , kreatin mix , Gainer + glutamine and yeeee omega 3 :D
Then i had a longbreak of training... Much with the work etc etc and it was summer aswell haha.
So i lost all size i was just kinda "ripped" here is pic
And now during winter was still no training, and i got a bit fat hahah.
I started now in februari with cutting and training, weight was 102kg, was cutting but still gained weight and lost fat and weight 106kg. now fat are really start to disepear at 103kg atm :P
Aiming for a amazing body for summer 2012 ! :D

I should go to the gym tonight but don't have the energy right now (I had Pfeiffer and I'm sometimes still tired :s)..
What's your bf% right now and what do you want it to be when the summer starts?

if so i understand :) after long pauses its kinda hard to go gym since ur body is allways soar after yesterdays workout!
gonna try and eliminate all useless shit (candy mostly) from my diet and start working out! not so much for looks but to feel better.

die meisten bodybuilder haben in der wettkampfszeit um die 4% und kein normaler mensch hat so mal eben 4% oder drunter ...
das zählt dazu ...
250 gramm erdnussbutter entsprechen 1492,5 Kalorien und ca 125gramm fett. Wenn du dich zzgl. Kalorienreich ernährst geht es sehr schnell. Hin und wieder ein ein halbes Glas sonneblumenöl runter würgen und viel kohlenhydrate mit zucker vor dem schlaff zu dir nehmen und schon bist du in 3 wochen um 6-8 kg schwerrer
