well before the 20 min mark its likeolmost impossible for ashe to kill ryze since he has low base ad/hp and resistances, and ryze gets good defensive stats of items were ashe doesnt get any, unless he goes wrigles tripple dorans, but that doesnt harm ryze since hes ap, so you owning him is invalid
