How to play fiddlesticks [LoL]

Hello friendly crossfire users:)
My buddy AL1 is having a little trouble playing fiddlesticks in LoL.. I find it hard to understand why exactly he is struggling..because everytime I play fiddle I carry games like it's nothing.
Can some1 tell him step-by-step how to NOT fail whilst playing fiddlesticks because I've tried and he just doesn't get it.. and it's kinda sad to see him only being able to NOT fail when he plays tryndamere:/..after 3 months of playing only with fiddlesticks he still manages to go 1-11 (XD).

Jungle, you can't actually 1v1 anymore with fiddle , last year it was almost impossible to kill fiddle 1v1 , but you just have to make perfect ulties , buy Shurlays Hourglass ulti and use it , dont use your ulti on 1 guy ,only to engage teamfights.
using ulti in mid lane against one opponent is awesome. just fear, ignite and drain and hes dead. repeat. OP fiddle

Used to be strong, now is kinda worthless in that new jungle, get aoe clearers (udyr, mundo, shyv, skarner, etc)
