he was the sipders spy and she sends him away in book 3.
he does not kill her in that book, dont get trolled.
also neither arya nor tyrion dies in book 2. cat dies in book 3 but returns as a zombie.
tyrion comes pretty close to getting his head chopped off (for the murder of joffrey) but kills his father and shae instead after being freed by jamie who in turn was just released by cat to get her daughters back (didnt work obviously).
