Mourinho has teached him how to play for a team. When we look back how he was acting and playing in Man Utd. we obviously recognize a tremendous difference. Now he manages sprints back for defending when the ball is lost in attacking phase and the most importantly he has learned to shut up which makes him a great player he could have been earlier. Nevertheless it is not important who scores goals but who participated for scoring the goal.
