Need Quake Live guide

So, as I'm interested about starting to play quake live duel I need somebody to help me out with it. Showing maps, positioning, different usage of weapons etc...

I have read some guides and I have noticed that there is usually just some basic stuff you need to use in ET too like sounds and covering yourself

watch some replays of some matches with
Rapha, Cypher, Noctis, Fox, Spart1e, DaHanG, Cooller, Madix, Stermy, Chance, Smoke, Spammah, Strenx, Fazz, Jibo, and L1nkje.

play alot duels where u will be raped on 32-(-2) scores

just start duelling and get raped for some time and you'll learn, just remember megahealth 35 sec and red 25 for starters and most importantly learn the maps, the teleport waypoints and always think what weapon is the best for your position and I suggest you start by playing ztn or dm6, although dm6 sucks cocks - ztn owns
