Playing games without lag

Everyone is complaining and saying that I'm nuts with those running applications
I just copied this from Teamspeak 3.
Expect from me that I will & can play games without getting FPS lag with those running applications.
Running Applications: TeamViewer, Winamp, Hamachi, Filezilla Client, mIRC, Skype, Google Chrome, Windows Live Messenger

If you do this settings in your BIOS your PC will take every single % of your CPU.
Without those settings my pc will eat 2.8 GHz.

Wow, skype winamp msn chrome, pirated mIRC, filezilla AND TEAMVIEWER. Those apps are so fucking heavy, really have to do a lot when you're not using them.

Doesn't really matter what you're running, so long as your computer and your upstream bandwidth are enough to handle it.
