Went HAM , did legs and shoulders.
It was pretty crowded and i couldnt even fucking squat so i went with the legpress.
Came home and made a nice tosti and was thinking some ppl add ketchup and some curry.
Curry >ketchup period..

Rather use that energy to do some front and backsquats and finish off with leg press if you still feel like it.
And I'm expecting a full stretch... I go to the gym 2 days a year and still pown every single gymboy there with my leggpress. Only goddamn thing I'm proud of :p
