i actually know 2 guys that have tourettes, and they are completely different. one has just a small tick that he can pretty much get away with, until he trys to control it and he involuntarily throws his arm out like a right hook :O the other has a more debilitating version where it is the whole most innapropriate possible thing you could say at the worst time..... no control over it at all. hilarious, but a bit scarey.

i really would say this is a guy with tourettes.

I know a guy with tourette too. sometimes joins us on family parties, since he is the best friend of my dad's girlfriend's son (wow, how complicated).
anyway, he is a nice guy and all, but every now and then out of nowhere he is gonna scream like a parrot xD

Why would he call himself Jimmy Tourettes then? And if I'd have tourettes, I wouldnt make a vid of myself, trying to sing along with a song, because you know that people will laugh at you.

The best one was the group of them that went to America. There was so much drama. Like when they went to a public park and some black guys walked passed and one just starts shouting "NIGGER". Man that must be so awkward to live with.
