Its actually true that if you are short you look way more muscular than taller guys even if you got prettymuch same amount of muscle :p At least when I compare myself to my friends and schoolmates I am huge just becouse I am so short :D Well not really huge but I wish to be someday :(

Yeah, and it's so much easier to bulk or cut when you weigh less so you have much less fat to cut away than if you're taller :C

I am trying to cut atm, lost 4kilos in 4 months so I guess im doing it reaaally slow, around 15 % bodyfat currently. I can somewhat see my abs but really hardly visible. Trying to cut down untill they are visible. Just dont know what cardio work-out to do, been jogging but I guess its not as effective as something else could be. Also dieting hard. :/ Just want to cut as fast as possible :P

I lost like 8 kilos in 2 months when I started cutting, so that seems really slow =D If you do cardio, try HIIT cos it's much more effective and more challenging

Got any nice guides about that? Never really looked into HIIT. And ye, going to start super-cut tomorrow and be a lean cunt when I get back to school. After that training hard!

It's a shame to cut during summer though, no drinking and junk food :s
Just google it, it's pretty simple just take a timer and sprint for like 20-30seconds and then just jog for like 40-60secs, it aint no rocket science :D
