:| need help @ crt whenever i use lower resolutions then 1024x768 my screen gets fucking blurry

for example i try 800x600 @ 120 hz the screen is soo blurry u cant even normal read the text :< is this normal or ?


and when i change my reso and stuff i need to set the zoom and stuff in my monitor higher so i dont get black sides and stuff :)
