Actually saw a Skyline in the city today. Was an older model but quite nice nonetheless. Had the whole steering wheel on the right side, huge stove pipe exhaust and racing setup with roll cage and stuff on it. Its thunderlike backfires put a huge grin on my face.

What i would do: buy a "shitty" car with a cheap prize and keep the extra money and use it differently. There's no point in spending big amounts of money to buy a car. If its because you want to "get girls" car won't help u.

I have Nissan Primera 2.0 -00 and it has way too big engine for my wallet. yet it goes 7,5/100km if driving like 80 - 100km/h.

I might sell it and keep the money and not buy a new car at all.

I have a Fiat Stilo Abarth.. 170bhp, full leather, sky window, shifting pedals at the steering wheel, etc.. kinda cheap for what if offers and the 24V, 5 zylinder 2,4 Litre engine sounds nice as well.

But you get used to more power really quickly.

Don't like automatics :(

Oh I love it. Well I think I need to re-calibrate the clutch as I believe that it was smoother last summer (that's where I calbirated it in italy). Costs around 5€ and 5 minutes of work :P

Besides that I wouldn't want to trade it for smth else. Searching for a car with similar power and extras will start at three times to what I paid or what the car costs. The design is also nice. Need to get the exhaust inside the bodykit. Next summer I will buy new rims. Then the car looks perfect for me :)

Selbst da würde ich behaupten bekommst du kein guten Integrale für unter 10000€, wenn ich schon seh dass sie hier bei 10000 anfangen und da haben sie weder ne gute Ausstattung noch sind sie in nem allzu guten Zustand. :p Mit dem selbst schrauben ist das immer so ne Sache, klar geht das um einiges einfacher, aber dann sollte auch jemand mit Verstand ran sonst verstümmelt er ein Stück historischer Automobilgeschichte. Außerdem hab ich oft schon gehört, dass beim Integrale der Turbo n großes Problem ist. Soll nicht allzu lang halten bzw. oft für Probleme sorgen, gerade wenn er (kalt) getreten wird.

The triumph Vitesse mkii is guite nice aswell, could chop the top of make it abit lower if you want. But I prefer old cars to be as stock as possible to keep them original as much as possible :P

hehe well me + my dad fully restored it (had some help ofc, didnt paint it ourselves for example). And its basically completely stock, well we added new suspension, better roll bar and stuff like that, to make it more driveable!

But yeh old cars are great for touring, and they always turn heads ^^

N/A models costs like that (non-turbo, engine type 2jz-ge). Every Supras should have 2jz-gte twinturbo engine and price will be around 10k(taxfree)+taxes and other mods (5-10k). 2JZ-GTE engine can run 600hp with stock crankshaft, bearings, pistons, cylinderhead and transmission etc. Of course you must change those two little turbos to one big turbo, bigger exhaust, nozzles, better cooling system etc etc to get that power. That's why it is wanted engine.

Well, this guy asked for good looking and quite fast cars and imo supra is prolly the best looking car out there (yes, even stock supras) and even the default engine gives enough speed to cruise around.

p.s. I've seen ~9000€(taxfree) supra on sale with quite decent engine, thought it was with twin turbos instead of one big turbo. But you are right, it takes some money to get it to blow off over 600 hp. Guess my dream car would be supra with 1000hp :D

A friend of mine just bought a BMW 545I 4,4l V8 with 333 PS, 80.000 km for 15.500 €. And no, not from a "turkisch back garage dealer", from the biggest BMW retailer in germany. Also ~ 13l in the city is more than OK imo.

Bigger maschines are pretty cheap these days since ppl. tend to buy the ones with less hp/engine size. My workmate bought a 525d / 190 hp, same age, less features for 17.000 € xD

If you want some power and dont care about the brand get a Focus ST, pretty cheap and decent, had one myself. And for sure it looks better than a Golf^^
