If netcoders knew anything about British law, the defintion of assault does not require physical contact. You can be guilty of assualt by prank phone calls that scare the other individual.
Their actions here on Crossfire, their threats and abuse constitute as an assult.

If Netcoders make trouble just send an anonymous letter to the tax service with the name and some of the proof gathered. That joke could cost him thousands of euro's of not payed income taxes + maybe jail / fine :>

GCSE Law > netcoders. Fusen was acting upon the benefits of people, a jury would find him innocent of a charge for breach of data. This happened in R vs Ponting in the 1980s to do with the sinking of the Belgrano by the MoD. TosspoT is also correct in that assualt does not require physical contact, simply making a threatening gesture or an action which scares/frightens an individual is assualt.

oh maybe i am wrong but they are not paying taxes from every 200$ payed , so they can get more trauble if the will go out underground . What is more i am not sure if its legal to update game code , use it , sold it (sD can make them in trouble for breaking copyrights) . Or maybe i am not right ?
