lol who does ac milan have left as class players? An injury prone Pato and that's it? If they don't buy well they are totally finished.
Thiago Silva chilling in Disney Land paris already!

i dont think they are that mad considering they are saving shitloads of money

but what quality is left in milan now except cassano and nocerino? ololol
Kevin-Prince Boateng & Pato and a pretty good talent in El Shaarawy. But still, not looking good for Milan. Sucks especially for Serie A to lose two major profiles like this imo.

Boateng will leave aswell :P
Parent
Would not be surprised :p

Well Pato is injured the whole time. But hes pretty good, yeah. Montolivio is pretty good aswell. Will be tough for them in the Seria A & CL. tho
Parent
Pato is still very young and if he could get past his injury problems he's a major force. He might actually benefit from the changes, his style doesn't really suit the slow build-up play they've played in Milan the last couple of seasons imo. The problem is where will the creative play come from. With Pirlo gone, Ibra gone, I guess it's up to Cassano (who's rumored to leave for Sampdoria) and Montolivo to provide that vision. I like Nocerino but I think his game will definitely suffer from these departures, just look at how many chances were created by Ibra that Nocerino put away last season. I don't know man, looks pretty grim for Milan. But who knows, just look at Udinese. When Sanchez, Inler and Zapata left everyone thought they were fucked, yet they managed to do well anyways.

I agree on Pato, injury free he can be a world class player on his day.
Boateng can still provide the power up front together with Nocerino, and who knows maybe montolivo can finally replace Pirlo.

I'm sure they'll invest in new high-reputation players, but I think the problem is that Ibra & Thiago are kinda irreplaceable even with the money they've got now. They lost Nesta too, so their defense will have to start from 0

Read that Milan is broke as phuuuck and they have to pay the bill$$ with the cash.
agree @ pato tho, hes awesome.
Parent
Well the difference between Udine and Milan is that Milan is supposed to do good in the CL + Seria A.

They really do need a few new players, felt like the team is/was to old anyway. Kinda looking forward to el sharaawy too, hes a huge talent and could really help them in the future if hes able to show his talent.

And i rly think that Montolivio can replace Pirlo soon, he played an awesome EU. Only time will tell i guess.

Will be a tough season for Milan

Montolivo has joined milan? how did i miss that :o

Pato is really really overrated in my opinion...
Parent
This is bullshit!
For 1 mio more every year they choosed to leave a great team like milan....
And ibra saying he is a psg fan since he was a kid....

+the money will be used to cover the debts, so no topplayer will come....
Seedorf leaves, everybody leaves, unexpected.
100 mio for a shit team in a shit league
62 million for both :o
Looking forward to the moment when Bayern/Dortmund crushes them @ CL. :)
You mean dortmund, the team that couldn't qualify with a group including marseille will now crush a much better PSG? :D Oh ok :)
Parent
Marseille were actally pretty good during that period, they also eliminated Inter in the playoffs later.

But te players in Dortmund grew a lot during the season, you cannot compare the side from the last months with the one in the first months. Although it remains to be seen how Kagawa's departure will be handled.
Parent
Or you could say inter milan were quite bad considering they finished only 6th in the league and lost 6 of their 7 games previous to their matches against marseille. You could say the quality in the matches between inter milan & marseille reflected their league standing.

I followed dortmund quite a bit and I know they got a great team and I expect a big improvement in the CL from them this year. I would say they are definately stronger then Marseille but I don't think they would (quote) 'destroy' a team like PSG who now has pastore, lavezzi, ibrahimovich, thiago silva, thiago motta, alex, néné & meneze. Not sure who is better out of psg or dortmund. Difficult to say now without having seen PSG play.
Parent
That I agree with, PSG seems to have a monster team now. Curious to see how all those players will perform in France.
Can you imagine Ibrahimovic playing the likes of Brest, Ajaccio and Lorient every week? :D
Parent
You got Cagliari, cattania, siena in Italy aswell.

Don't forget Monaco has been bought by a russian billionnaire and want to make it a 2nd PSG. Monaco & PSG will be the city & chelsea of the French League and next to that you got Lyon, Marseille, Lille (good youth centre) so the league is definately improving. New stadiums are coming due to euro 2016.

And I guess Serie A is a bit overrated aswell. It's not the league it used to be. They mostly live off their name/history now. Except for inter milan (thanks to mourinho) who won CL in 2010 the maximum any italian team achieved in the last 5 years was a QF (AC Milan win was 6 season ago). Germany got 2 Finals with bayern munchen and even France had a semi final with Lyon. Serie A is probalby still a bit better but I don't think the gap is that big nowadays and the only thing ibra wants is winning the CL and I reckon he has more chance with PSG then with aC Milan.
Parent
They've grown and if they manage to play like they do in the Bundesliga playoffs shouldn't be that much of a problem. Marseille got like 9th, does that also mean there are 8 better teams in Ligue 1? :'D
Parent
Yes :) Well, at least last year :)
Parent
like anyone care about gay zlatan
they need the money
It's a real shame that PSG aren't better than they really are, considering they are the only (not much competition at least?) in such a major city. They should be able to fill a 100k stadium and be one of Europe's top clubs. Could be I don't know enough about the club's history or the work that is done in the clubs in France on a lower lever though, but it seems strange.
I'm not mad
yes you are!
Parent
was thinking same :D Hope you still enjoy aus <3 :)
