ET is a freeware game since you can download it from the internet.
But hacks for games like CoD2 + SELLING THEM is illegal.

they should have registred as company to sell hax and im wondering if they used legal software :<

btw. using hax is smth like hacking server :)

hacking a game like enemy territory is just as much illegal as hacking a game like CoD2... selling them, don't know... but don't think so, and about creating hax.. I think that the only "illegal" part of it is the reverse engineering needed to know how the game works, other than that I think is legal, except if the EULA says something about it.
