Brussels - What to do?

Hey Crossies,
the GF forced me to go on a city-trip with her (and pay for it), I've just done the blind booking (pay before you know where you are going) and out of all these lovely cities:
Barcelona
Berlin-Schönefeld
Brüssel
Lissabon
London-Stansted
Manchester
Rom Fiumicino
Wien
Mailand Malpensa
its Brussels now.
I'm not disappointed, Brussels is the only city on that list I havent seen yet but the GF is whining a bit (she wanted to go shopping in Milan, London or Barcelona - my credit card is happy, too)
Now my big question is:
What can I do in Brussels?
I'm there from Tuesday to Friday, so I guess clubbing wont be a big option.
What about a cultural part? Sightseeing and stuff?
How are the prices in Brussels? Is food expensive? And how about beer?
If you have any tips for me, what we can do in Brussels or maybe know a nice hotel (somewhere central), feel free to comment.

It was her birthday last week and I asked her what she wanted and she said, more or less joking, "a city trip".
She's been talking about that for a few times and I know she couldnt afford one so I gave it to her as a second present.
Didnt you know that women allways can afford shopping, no matter how broke they are?

Delirium. Some other nice places. Ask other people.
Offer a diner to your gf Chez Léon. Might be a good choice. Say good bye to your money though.
Night lifr sucks. After 24.00 you better stay in a bar (until 5am at the Delirium :DX/DX/dx) or get back quickly to your hotel.
Ask trip advisor for activities :)
And let us know which hotel your gonna choose.
EDIT: you got trolled hard btw. Brussels sucks for tourists :D
EDIT2: don't know shit about clubs. The only three I know are You & Louise Gallery clubs. Mostly for kids. Rich and arrogant kids. Don't go there. The third one is the Fuse. Located in a shit area, been there only three time cause that's my cicle who organized the party. Sucked. You can't even throw your beer..
