Impressive vertical jump, too bad he's going to fly allover the court if he ever gets to the real deal. This is highschool basketball, even Belgian teams of the second league usually win vs US University teams :P
He'll get better and stronger as he ages, most likely. And I'm pretty sure his future coaches will tell him what you just said, so they will work on it. He's agile, great ball-handling, great speed and has an insane vertical jump, it are all just pro's for him. Only con is his height :p Will be interesting to see if he can make it to the NBA.
Yeah, very agile and fast movements, I agree. I know from experience that a great vertical jump can only take you so far when everyone else is bigger and heavier. I used to be very limber, fast and explosive aswell, and I was still rather tall. When they tried to groom me for the higher leagues, I had to try to gain weight and mass, which didn't go so well. I did great despite lacking mass, but I gave up after multiple injuries. If you jump really high without enough mass, you just get smacked out of the air in the big leagues and you can hit the ground HARD.
He might be ok as a guard though! Eventhough he would still be rather small and lacking weight, it has it's advantages and disadvantages to have a small guard. Still injuries might be a major problem, basketball can be harsher than it looks :D
Don't know if he has a good eye for the game either, which is also very important, should be the case I guess since he's being scouted etc, but hard to judge from a short clip. Not saying he's not a promising player, just that he has obvious limitations judging from this video and that flashy moves don't get you far.
great skills, seems like a bit of a idiot though sadly - arrested couple days ago after beating up his girlfriend. Could lose scholarship because of it.
