Gabt RL busted?

As most of you probably know, the user Gabt has sold his share in a company for £4.2 million, bought a beautiful house and car etc. But I say it's all a load of crap.

My story begins like this.
I have been in Scotland visiting my Dad for the last 2 days, seeing sights etc as he's been working up there temporarily. After we had finished our activities for the day, we proceeded to try and find our hotel, Airth Castle , in the town of Airth in Falkirk. Our Sat Nav pointed us down the wrong road which happened to be a private road for some pretty damn nice houses, one of which was for sale. Eventually we found the entrance to the Castle and settled down with some drinks etc. It then came into conversation that we should have a quick check and see how expensive the house we saw was. We managed to remember the estate agents that were selling the house due to the sign outside, it was 'Savills'. So we checked on their website for houses in the area of Airth.
To my complete surprise I recognised another house on sale on the website for approx £950,000.
It was none other than the house Gabt claims to have bought, with all of the exact same pics he posted in his crib journal.

At this point I decided to look up the postcode to see it's whereabouts. Funnily enough it was literally a 5 minute drive from our Hotel, so we decided to take a look in the morning, and that we did. I took a sneaky pic for proof.
Why would his house be on sale already if he's only recently settled in? Tell me CF.
