Second string team, we had bridge up front, essien as center back alongside ferreria, wright phillips played. Sure these people might be expensive, but they're all expensive backup players! :P

Terry will be back for the second leg and all will be fine

perhaps some of that dirty oil pounds should have been invested in some decent backups? spending millions of pounds a year and still complaining how you cant handle some injuries.

We do have decent backups, they just had to play in positions they dont know.
Bridge is a great backup left back, not a striker
Ferrera "ok" backup right back, not center back
Essien is a world class central midfielder, not center back
Hilario is a great 3rd choice keeper
