TS/Ventrilo question

hi,
before formatting, i made a backup of the FTP programs, Teamspeak/Ventrilo folders...
but after overwriting the folders from TS and Ventrilo (with all the ip's and stuff), both programs showed 0 ip's, meaning didnt backup any ip or smth.
on the other hand, when you copy a folder like FlashFXP or smth, and overwrite it after formatting, it still gets all the ip's (logins/pws) back...
so does anybody know where windows keeps the files containing the ip's and stuff (cookies), since its not in the basic folder?
