fingertips.
I play guitar so its the most natural for me, i dont feel any fatigue whatsoever. (dont think i've ever played enough for that to happen anyhow)

kind of comination , i would say fingertips but i notice moments im pretty close to palm ;p

Palm for shooters, fingertips for some other games (mainly to push my mouse without having to hold it the whole time :D )
