You were given a body capable of doing amazing things, why not push it to the pinnacle of human strength
now i got 14kg more than 3 years ago xDD
after my exams next thursday, i need to train again, impossibru how fat i am atm :DDDD
sad but true
pretty much no exams then for 15months, so lot of time, to go run and work out!
my goal for the end of next year is my form of 2009 when i got out of school! atleast the 82kg again!
then i moved to ger and lost some muscles and had around 85kg for 2 years, and when i moved to berlin last year, everything went totally out of control, stopped playing football, cuz i always have to drive far, so i cant train with the team, or not play, either or, so got myself up from 85 to about 95/96 :((
