Gym is for people who cannot into developping brain ; so they develop the body. Easier to look good from the outside, harder and more subtile is the inside work.

stopped going to the gym 3 years ago, when i moved to germany :(

now i got 14kg more than 3 years ago xDD

after my exams next thursday, i need to train again, impossibru how fat i am atm :DDDD
sad but true

pretty much no exams then for 15months, so lot of time, to go run and work out!

my goal for the end of next year is my form of 2009 when i got out of school! atleast the 82kg again!
2.5 years at uni drinkign beers and eating craps: took almost 20 kg..

well, from 2006 to 2009 (my time in stockholm) i went to the gym with [flag0se]Ti+es, was kinda well trained :D

then i moved to ger and lost some muscles and had around 85kg for 2 years, and when i moved to berlin last year, everything went totally out of control, stopped playing football, cuz i always have to drive far, so i cant train with the team, or not play, either or, so got myself up from 85 to about 95/96 :((

training squat with 110kg, deadlifting with around 112.5kg atm, a little longer term goal is to squat and deadlift 200kg x1 benching around 70kg, goal is to bench 100kg for now. just drank my shake and 2 bananas, iz g00d.

started chest/tri with some incline benchpress 3x10x65 kg , feels good i progress on that shit.
