- Budget: ~ 100 € ,less recommend

- CRT

- must run @ 100 hz or more

- 19" or 21"

Hmm... In Finland many companies are selling away their old 21" CRT-monitors while they're switching to TFTs. Couple year old monitors are sold around 15 to 60€.

100€ should be more than enough for a good, couple years old 21-22" CRT.
