Good evening Crossfire :')
Now as my girlfriend left today to Budapest, Hungary for four days, and as I don't want to waste too much money; I decided to cook something decent today!
These are the you need for one portion:
-One roll of goat cheese
-1/2 red paprika and 1/2 green paprika
-around 10cl of cream
-pasta of your choice
-olive oil
-salt & pepper
Let's start, shall we?
First, cut the paprika in small dices, like .
Then take a not-too-big pan, pour a little bit of olive oil, just to get the bottom covered and throw your papripa-dices in it. Set it on medium fire. You shall be now.
In the meantime, while the paprika is cooking, , fill it with enough water for your pastas. Do not forget to salt the water! Cover the pan with its lid.
After that, you can go back to your paprika. Put salt and pepper at your own taste, and let it cook for 10 minutes, don't forget to turn in it now and then though. If you succeeded with that, they shall get a !
When your paprika is at that state, put the fire on the minimal level and let it be for 10 minutes.
Now your water is probably already boiling so you can now put your pasta
Don't forget to regularly check your pasta otherwise it's going to be really sticky!
When you think your pasta is ready, drain it and put it aside.
Now cut your goat cheese , or in smaller pieces if you prefer.
Paprika! You remember you had to let it cook for a bit? Time to get back to it!
, and let it melt a bit while turning slowly.
After a few minutes it should look and it is ready to serve!
How to serve you ask me?
Put your pasta in .
Followed by the sauce.
Bon appetit!
