#ET.Gather - a new channel mode

Hello dear users and gatherers,

after several complains, I felt obligated to set the +r channel mode, which is a mode that enforces users to authenticate on Quakenet. (See that as a login on IRC)

So from now on, users that are not authed on Quakenet, will be unable to join the channel and get the following message:

If you are already on the channel but not authed you will be unable to post anything in the channel. You can notwithstanding either read the topic or ask me for further help. (/q Kenzi or Goku)

The reason for doing this is that, this way, it'll be much easier to know who is who and it will be much more manageable to ban the rulebreakers.
Don't you hate it when you have to play 4on4, 5on5 or 6on5?

If you are authed already, you shall have no problems with joining the channel.
