need server help SOLVED!

Hey guys,
I have been struggling with the ET master servers for around 2 weeks already and I just simply can't figure out the problem. My pubserver "FRAGAREA | OBJ&ETPro" just doesn't show up anywhere in the server list.
IP: 213.108.31.122:27050
Masterserver part in server config:
"set sv_master1 "etmaster.idsoftware.com"
set sv_master2 "master.gamespy.com:27900"
set sv_master3 "master0.gamespy.com"
set sv_master4 "clanservers.net"
set sv_master5 "master0.etmaster.net"
heartbeat"
It doesn't seem to help anything, the server IP was already changed to see if it helps, but nothing :/
If anybody knew and shared a solution I'd be very grateful!

empty server and also full servers do not shows up in the server list in 2.6b anymore its not a server problem its an issue in the master server."

Try going in your panel and edit the command line and make sure that's unchecked
