more easy to do 2-3 healthy meals a day, then preparing 7-8 meals everyday :P

Haha oki. It's pretty bad quality, mate took it today while going backwards during my last rep I think :p Can't really see it, but my vains are more visible than you can see on the pic :p Been in Malta for three months, havent worked out a lot during that time, been at it for three weeks now.

Looking big mate, keep up the good work. I've been told I've got to lose weight to be a better 400m runner, so losing a lot of gains to become a lean, mean sprinting machine :(

They are short distance sprinters though. I need to be leaner than that to run the 400m. A lot of people can run fast enough to do a good 400m, it's about being the right shape to run fast for 45-50 seconds.

Saying that, I'm actually kind of enjoying it. Been eating so much I haven't seen my abs pop properly in ages. Looking forward to be able to grate cheese on them haha.

If you laugh about that you don't have much knowledge on bodybuilding as you think...
i bet your the type of smartass that makes 15 reps per serie and thinks he understands anything about training.

Your body absorbs 30g MAX per digestion, the other 20g is either transformed in energy or out on your toilet, so yes its a waste of protein.
If you want yout body to absorb 50g of protein you need to take 25g from 2 to 2 hours if you're ectomorph or 3 to 3 if your mesomorph.
