There are few big gyms in the middle of the city. But why should you gym if you go out that last night. Go to some techno partys.
people always try to find ways why to not train, do it the other way instead.

That club you talking about is called weekend? heard its on top of an building and some people got turned down cause they had no girls with them xD
Go to the nightshop , get 0.5 liter beer for 1.2 euro, cheap as fuck! + drink on the street , no problem officer.
Club; definitely tresor
Food; had some juicy burgers rated good as fuck!
Friend of mine swum in the spree, was funny as fuck but i heard it can be dangerous and its dirty water.
Took the metro 10+ times, never bought a ticket, never got checked for.
- Looks for a gym place
for more casual stuff: E4, Soda or traffic
a very nice place at the mainstation the "traumstrand" has closed :( was so nice in the summer!
i like the tubestation, puro sky club, asphalt, kater holzig and felix as well, dunno your taste of music tho
ps: don't judge the clubs from outside, most of them look like hitler buildings

wheeendsaay: Deadlift, Legs, Abs
Thrusday: Chest
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: wat i feel for, mostly, deadlift =D ( or rest ) or only biceps hahah

Because i will probably only go 3 times a week to the gym. And if i want to go more its no problem with this routine, i just start the cycle over.
How is deadlifting the day after you did back and traps? aren't you much weaker and sore
I mostly go on heavy deadlifts @ sunday :P
