MP4 Converter

Hey Guys
I need ur Help
For B-Day I got a new Mobile/Handy
I want to watch videos on it but it only plays .mp4-files
Now I need a "freeware" mp4 converter
please help me

psp video 9 is rly good, many diffrent quality profiles etc. just discard the .thm files it creates with the mp4 (they are for psp)
