Low FPS after reformatting

I reformatted some days ago, because my whole registry disappeared.
Installed everything like I always do but additional to my usual lags, I got FPS lags now. On Radar in certain areas I get no more than 25FPS (way to side, garage @ east parts, west parts)

The only difference is Service Pack2.

Specs:
Athlon64 3200+
Geforce 6800gt + Nvidia drivers v84.56 (tweaked for performance lol)
2Gig RAM
WinXP
ASUS A8V deluxe MB
Installed latest VIA 4in1 drivers (at least I hope so)
Every other program turned off.
No spyware or viruses found.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

depends on server! check a good warserver for your fps.

can't be anything else than chipset drivers or wrong bios settings.

welcome in the club ;D. same here but i got frames after new chipset driver but on radr it still sucks :( 125 to 75 :X

did you install all updates? (sp2 fixes)

i used to have the same problem and switched back and forth to sp1/sp2 but none really helped till i updated all patches :]
