IRC probs

since few weeks i got a strange prob with my IRC. I cant reicive a qry. its not cause noone is writing to me, i just dont get any messages. Since today i got gamers irc cause i thought maybe the prob would be fixed after a reinstall or using another irc version. Maybe theres a prob with my friewall but i didnt change anything.

i know my english sux hard so flame on but would be nice if u could also help me with my problem :(
