H i just installed quake4 now what updates/files do i need so i can get on the most recent or played version and play on "ETPro like" servers?

Maps: Monsoon, Placebo Effect, Galang, Phrantic and then there's supposedly some new map named tournamentwhateverthoseotherfourmapsaremuchbetter. I play myself btw.

there's no good public-scene in q4 (well maybe few tdm)
