Phone problem

Hi guys,
I recently bought the HTC Sensation XE. But I'm having an issue with this phone:
- I cannot send or receive messages from countries outside of the Netherlands;
- I can send and receive messages within the Netherlands;
- I've already tried sending and receiving messages with the same SIM on another mobile phone, this worked. So the problem really is the phone itself.
- A few days ago I was able to receive and send message outside of NL, but this stopped working all of a sudden;
- In some buildings (school for example) I have 0 reach with my mobile phone.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or knows what to do? I would be very thankful!
I've posted this same question on a forum of my phone provider, but they havn't answered me yet.

Other than that, the guy from the support seemed really clueless about this mobile phone.
5s is needed for timbo
-factory reset/test if works
-go to store and ask for a solution
-if they dont help, go XDA-DEVs and search for the STOCK ROM, install/test if works
-if doenst work, go XDA-DEVs and search for a CUSTOM ROM, install/test if works
-after all these if it doesnt still work, throw ur phone in garbage.
-do factory reset
-clean ALL caches
-test if works
i think it should do the trick
-what i would do next is be sure of my phone model and loose a day or 2 fixing it by following some tutorials

discard anything that doesnt explicitly say it supports sensation XE or beats audio
