after this every server was down, but then he made contact with a known NA LoL streamer "phantomlord"

shortly thereafter he made a deal with the hackers... "If I gona win the next dota2 game, u wont ddos the dota2 servers"

but ye he lost the game, so the servers went down, as derp said.

out of nowhere, phantomslord´s stream went down and people could hear the voices of the hackers, few mins later some1 called the police to phantomslord´s house.

You actually don't realize how big LoL servers are and you don't even read forum posts about big things they are doing for the future of EUW - things that take time. No you just keep ranting and only whine about not getting RP. You can't tell if when things are stabilized you receive some sort of compensation...
