LORDI and wassabi did not add duch/upload to the team. Quick timeline:
1) m1tja adds "feres" to eXecutors
2) "feres" is banned for cheating / attempting to bypass CGAC
3) m1tja adds "duch" to eXecutors
4) "duch" is banned for multi-account & "feres" has his ban extended for returning while banned
5) m1tja is banned for playing with a banned player
If LORDI or wassabi had been the one to add him to the team both times, then he'd be banned instead of m1tja.

It is the responsibility of the team captain to know the identity of the players he adds to his team. If you invite a player to your team who has just registered an account today and turns out to be a banned player, then it is your fault and you deserve to be banned.
If you don't know who a player is, then you should check to see if he has a traceable history before adding him to your team. The community is now small enough that this works just fine.
I don't even know why we're talking about this since you've already admitted that m1tja knew it was upload anyway. Now leave me alone.
For tracing i'm not even refering to uploads case but in general for other teams and players they might add. Wondering how can team manager trace people nowadays.

I joined teamspeak of wassabi and wassabi asked me to play an offi. I said you can go search because im banned from #3on3.et channel. He went to search and after few minutes he told me that he got offi. I asked him who is our 3rd and he said we dont have 3rd yet, can you go search for a merc in #2on2.et so I can go eat. I went in #2on2.et and searched : need 3rd for offi , got offi , pm!
After few minutes the guy named "duch" pmmed me that he is avi. I said I usually dont take the mercs which I dont know but now I didnt have choice, since offi started soon. So I told him to join my team and come to the teamspeak.
He was nice guy, acted nicely, had Germany flag, other IP and different voice than upload. So after that offi I played with him, I asked him if he wants to play more with me. He said maybe, just PM me when you see me on IRC.. And then again I played the 2nd offi with him and that's it.
So if you seriously think that I knew duch=upload you are wrong. I had no clue who is he and I thought I'm playing with random merc from Germany.
Believe or not , I can't prove you anyway, as you can't that I knew it's upload. w/e
EDIT: Also you should tell this kid kALLI to not ban everyone from fucking #3on3.et channel, I don't know who gave this cancer faggot admin anyway. It's a shame that he is banning whoever he doesnt like.
