There was a penalty not given to Oscar, but my opinion is that, for all the brazilian divings during this tournament, it was fair not to give it. You get what you deserve.
Without Silva after 2 mins, and 10 vs 11 for 90 mins with a super motivated Robben.. it would have been a tennis score again. Brazil can consider themselves lucky.
