Its pretty much same as Zenit and Monaco, just cus u have some decent mid-age players doesnt mean u are actually decent on top level as a club as well.
A comparison between Roma and Monaco is wayyyy off. Monaco has a shit team with one or two good players, whereas Zenit and Roma got - at least - decent players on all positions. The Russians might have been dissappointing in the past, but I'll predict them to come up second in their group, as they finally started to build a decent team.
