Nah, there's plenty of good music like every year (I think this year was overall better than 2013), the problem is that it's hard to find if you're bombarded by only 5-10 artists.

Man that sucks, I had something similar a few years ago with one of my discs, I lost about 300 GB of music. Had to redownload everything with my third world country internet.
