ET Reborn LAN 2

Some of you have been asking when the next LAN will find place. Our intention was to host another LAN in one year. However, there are some disadvantages having such a long time period between both events. We would like to hear your opinion about possible dates for the next LAN. Please motivate your choice.

A year due activity of E.T might be too long, however this years october might be too short because of the financial picture of people coming from outside benelux. imo, finish the poll and do the poll at the end of the summer again to see what changed and why.

I would, for example, be able to play this year again. but then again, its not that expensive coming from NL..

In my opinion (i didnt come to the lan but whatever) i think early 2016 is the 'perfect' date.

I disagree; a lot of festivals start around that time, or people go on early holidays, or people prefer to stay outside (drink smth or go swimming) instead of staying inside the whole day.

it might work this year too tbh. back then we had 2 lans a year too AND we still missed many regular lan attenders this time (who might got motivated with the previous lan).. and still the familar ones who came this time will come the next time too! i mean its still 6-7 months.. the more harder point is to get free for that days but also that is possible/doable for many!

that also would hold the et activity easier and more alive.. let's see whats possible :) would love to see u this year another time : ]

not yet tbh, saw some videos.. heard the game is quite inactivw too but not too bad for guys who are used to et! will give it a shot for sure!

Try to get a decent sponsor for the next LAN, something like Intel with Crossfire! Ask big companys which were related to ET back then :D Would be awesome to have something bigger this time ! :) Good luck with it, looking forward to visit the next one. Oct/Nov is pretty early imo but I guess fits many people, otherwise April would be pretty stupid due most of the people having exams around that time I think - March would be the best Choice IMOO

October/November would be perfect amount of time for people to practice, a year is too long imo.
A year might also be too long in terms of attention span for ET for some players.

pretty expensive for a lot of people - LAN per year would be pretty good. Takes about 3months I guess to really organise it and if summer overlaps that time could hurt you - worked perfectly by starting from January this year for the LAN and would probably work well next year too.

I think Feb/March would be ideal!
In for CSGO tourny too, qualifiers etc online to save time! Might get better chance of sponsorship if you have a big title like that there.

I think you would be best to do it either in Summer (Later on the better? There are Euros for Football too) or even later than that. This year I was unable to attend due to deadlines for school. Either doing it early or inbetween academic years should be a must.
