bar prob:(

Okay i have this problem at the bottombar where start is and all your websites and folders etc. are wich are opened. If i open for example 2 websites and i click on the other at that bar.. it does nothing(it should open the website) you only hear a windows bleeb.
now how do i fix this shit:(? plx help me:)

this error popped up after startup: 'SRU #001 CLED Error'
