The other day it took me 45 seconds from the stairs to axis spawn, getting the objective, shooting an opponent, going through command post area and finally ending up at the transmitter; there was even 2 seconds left on the clock :)

*edit*
just watched the demo, it was actually from the ladder, and not the stairs :D
