Oh. My. Fucking. God. Justify this please? 8 was a peice of shit, the story line was weak, the whole 'drawing' a spell idea was bullshit, the changing between Laguna and Squall was crap! What was good about it? It was THE most boring FF besides X2
How about 8 being consistently intersting all the way through(as in, not having boring parts that don't matter at all), having a great item refining system and not having stupid stereotyped characters like barret(HURR HURR I AM BIG STUPID BLACK MAN OMG SAVE PLANET HAHA KILL BAD GUYS).
I guess not having tons of stupid fanboys who have to bring up ff7 everywhere and saying how it's the best game ever and nothing will ever come close blah blah blah has something to do with my dislike for 7, which is a pretty good game.
Also, I don't like the chocobo focus since it's a bit silly(so getting the most powerful spell in the game is based on breeding chickens?), and while the story has some decent twists and such its focus is still making the super evil bad guy look eviler and eviler, which I didn't like.
You mean ruby weapon, beat it ;p I beat all the weapons, before you attempt ruby weapon you need to beat emerald (the underwater one) Can't remember how, but you get an item at the dig site, then go to kalm, and swap it with this guy who swaps it for a harp that lets you breathe underwater, and emerald becomes easy, you also need mimic and ultima materia to win!
Final Fantasy VII is the best game ive ever played. the atmosphere was so intense and the gameplay was just superb. i never played such a good final fantasy again although i like IX pretty much too. kuja > * :p
he is as cool as sephiroth. has anyone already played XII ? i heard it shall be pretty cool :)
XII ist total kagge , hab die NTCS Version hier rumliegen nach ca 2 Stunden hatte ich keine Lust mehr zu spielen weil 1 ) Das Kampfsystem komplett veraendert wurde , sprich du mit deinem Charakter rumrennst und die Gegner genauso auf der Karte rumrennen und du während dem kampf auch wien depp rumrennen kannst , also ueberhaubt nicht mein fall .
2) Find ich die Atmosphäre überhaubt nicht gut , zwar scheint die Story gut angelegt zu sein und die Grafik überzeugt wieder , jedoch ist der 12 ( NTSC version ) meinermeinung nach nicht gelungen und überhaubt schlecht .
naja active battle eher nicht du rennst halt auf dieser map rum und da sind die gegner und wennde denen zu nahe kommst kommt halt son blauer strich von dir zum gegner , also der beudetet das du denn angreifen kannst und dann drueckste dreiceck und kannst auswaehlen attack item etc ... und wennde was ausgewaehlt hast ist unten en ladebalken von der attake oder was du halt gewaehlt hast in der zeit kannste dich halt hin und her bewegen also ich finds ned so , FInal Fantasy VII Dirge of Cerberus ist find ich geil , hab zwar ned die zeit das zu zoggn aber macht bock in die alten staedte von 7er zuruekzukommen und da rumzuballern und story ist auch geil

The drawing system was much better than the materia shit, and the Card game was ubercoowl.
