fucking download sites

why does every big download site(and a lot of small ones) doesn't allow you to resume downloads? So they'd rather I download 50% of a file, then my net crashes and I have to download it all over, doesn't that just waste bandwidth?

Use a download manager, and if a site gives you a different URL then just replace the older URL with the new one o.o

Jea Download Manager is very good.
In Fileplanet it racomends you to use Download Manager it even gives you the link where you can download it.

What you really should be asking yourself is, why the hell your internet crashes all the time :o.
