noobing with Quake III Arena

Yo! I need some help from some Q3 guru.
I installed yesterday Q3Arena & cpma and played a little. Today I tried to play again, so I hosted a game but after "awaiting connection" I popped back to the main menu and console said
trying icons/iconf_neutral1.TGA
Unknown command "addbot"
Unknown command "addbot"

Another question: Is there a cvar in Q3 that is like cg_CycleWeaponDelay in ET?
or should I just ask

EDIT: Now I can host game but when I try to play online I disconnect right after I have loaded maps n' stuff. Here's a screenshot of my friends who I tried to play with console:
Even though I just updated pb first by downloading files from evenbalance.com, then with pbsetup.exe which said all available updates have been downloaded

dunno, but my quake3 doesnt work unless I start it up with ASE, bots also dont work unless I boot with ASE.
Prolly wont help you but hey, you can try!
€: maybe try filling in a new cdkey, google for some RTCW keys and leave the last two symbols or try any random combination of A S and C, ex: aasscscascasascsa
