rtcw again ffs

right ive just installed rtcw, and multiplayer and singleplayer works fine BEFORE i patch... then after i patch multiplayer stops responding and says " wolfmp.exe is not responding " , and all i get is a grey screen. Single player still works after the patch..

any ideas?

try safe mode.

I had the same problem, but then i uninstalled the whole game, and reinstalled it with a non-pirated cdkey. Then i updated everything and the problem disappeared.
