well I don't know what you exactly mean by aimin while crouching. Do you mean its hard to track enemy while you are not moving?

I mean when i'm crouching , it's like impossible to kill someone , this is vague , i can't move precisely my crosshair on enemy .

Try a different mousmat, may just be that the MX518's optical engine is getting distorted by the icemat's surface. Personally, I would recommend the Fatal1ty Fatpad. The Fatpad is HUGE (Much bigger than QPad XXL) and has a fabric surface, so mice really do glide over it and the mousefeet hardly ever need replacing. My fatpad is still in mint condition and I've had it well over a year now.
